STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SCHOOL FEES ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023
Our School Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”)s help everyone to fulfill the financial obligation which results in the admission in St.Xavier’s High School, Mushalpur. All Parents and guardians who are willing to take admission in our school should abide by the rules and conditions of our school regarding fee payment. Our School Fees are established and divided among Day Scholar and New Student. St. Xavier’s High School reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and Conditions(“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) in the future. Also, this fee doesn’t end cover all costs. Additional charges may be asked in future due to some School oriented needs.
If no parents or guardian found avoiding this Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”), then it will be regarded as they are against the terms and conditions.

What does the Fee include?
The Fee Structure is made keeping in mind the benefit of the parents and guardians. The Fee Structure includes ‘every month fee’ and this fee goes to benefit different sector for the upliftment of the School. The School Fee also includes Tuition Fee, Computer Fee and Smart Class Fee. Therefore, You don’t have to pay extra for these sections.
A Charge is also taken yearly basis. The Tuition Fee also varies for (Class LKG-VII) and (Class VIII-X). And the Smart Class Fee also varies for each class category such as (LKG to Cl-2), (Cl-3 to Cl-7), (Cl-8 to Cl-10). The Above table will help you clarify your doubts on Fee Payment.
Payment Structure
The Payment reference is full payment, no half payment, bargaining, no credit will be allowed. The Admission fees and special fee are to be paid during the admission time. Until these are paid, no name will be entered in the school/class register. Monthly fees are to be paid for 12 months, on or before 10th day of every month. A Late fee will be charged when fees are not paid in time. Monthly fees are to be paid for the whole year by the students who leave the school in the middle of the year. No fees will be refunded in any circumstances. Fees receipt should be demanded at the time of payment and payment duly recorded in the school diary. Parents/Guardians are required to produce the fee receipts as proof of payment in case of any dispute or doubt. Computer fee and smart Class Fee should be paid regularly like tuition fee. A late fee will be charged when fee is not paid on time.
Notice Period from School
The policy of the school is to provide maximum benefits and charge as minimum as possible. This school is a non-profit making charitable institution. Hence, the fees are low and affordable. Concession is provided to the deserving students. Admission Fees, Yearly Fees (for celebrations, maintenance, electricity, etc.), Tuition Fees (monthly), Computer fees (monthly) and Smart Class (quarterly) are charged. Fee structure is revised from time to time as per the need of the times.
Fee Variation
Our School has a policy of different fee structure for various classes.
New Student
While the period of new admission fee group, the amount of fee is different for each different class.
Day Scholar
Re-Admission fee group fee amount varies in each different class.
Additional Condition of return/ deposit
Although there is no condition of returning the paid fee amount after payment, but there is a condition of returning a particular amount as a change if it goes beyond the fee amount.
A Parent/guardian/student can also pay the whole year fee at one go. But he/she have to pay if there is any required fee structure in those months.
